Almost 3 hours on the phone waiting for support and then the call just mysteriously drops. This company needs a serious restructuring, or just give up on making software altogether. If this was a car company, it'd be out of business years ago. I feel sorry for their employees and other clients.

This company support is atrocious. They keep putting up there subs and service gets worse and worse. Anyone know a better acc program. Ive had enough

The software just gets worse and worse, I forcefully upgraded to a far inferior product. My invoices sequence was destroyed and all support shows is we're aware of the problem. Support says 35 minute call wait and no we'll call you back........ investigate alternative options

1 Start is too much for this company's customer service. Do we have Zero Start?!One of the most ridiculous customer service. I had been waiting for around 3 hours for someone to answer the phone, and my problem was not solved after an hour of her and her supervisor's work. I had to call back the next day to wait for 2:45 hours ( one person answered and put me through another one, and he said it was the wrong department and put me on hold again until they cut me off!!!). I have had the worst experience with MYOB, and they do not care! They do not have any proper channel to make our complaints!

I have tried to get help with allocating automatic rule transactions which remain unallocated despite every attempt to allocate them via the usual methods. The service" I have recently received has been time consuming and ineffectual. I've had multiple different answers from multiple people and still the problem is unresolved! I was told in order to locate the problem

MYOB has to be the most difficult platform to deal with. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over 12 months. I have been told every time that the cancellation team is on holiday and will call me back at a later date. This service has cost me in the thousands over the years, doing the most basic of bookkeeping services. I would not recommend MYOB to any business, individual or the like. I would much rather deal with a more honest and transparent company.

Very poor customer service.I have been trying to call customer service to resolve an urgent matter and the phone auto answer kept on saying Your estimated wait time is 47-51 minutes" for 28 minutes I was hanging. At least I was expecting the estimated wait time to reduce.We expect some respect as customers and we wouldn't call if it isn't urgent or can be resolved using internet blog etc."

I have believe MYOB Essentials is user unfriendly and seems to be flawed software. Invoice numbers mysteriously became duplicated!! They should be unique numbers and duplicates prevented as otherwise payment reconciliation is very difficult.Customer help is useless. Cannot get in touch with anyone by phone. It says you are in a queue for up to 2 hours then just hangs up with no answer.So i then called to upgtrade my subscription and was answered within 5 minutes.I hate this software!!

Terrible service.No one knows what they are doing. I've called up ( and waited 40 mins) to cancel my subscription but they keep on direct debiting my account.So fed up with myob.

Undoubtedly the most useless level of help and support ever. Hours on phone only to be cut off deliberately I presume.I echo the sentiments of other users.
